Coaching with Toscanini on board the SS France
Records Elgar Concerto in London, with the composer conducting, and in Paris the Bach Double Concerto with Enescu under Monteux
Plays Mozart and Bach concertos at Royal Albert Hall, London with LSO conducted by Sir Thomas Beecham, followed by Elgar concerto conducted by the composer
